Job summary

Terminix is hiring a Pest Control Technician in Twin Falls, ID to perform residential pest management, including inspections, treatment applications, and client education. You will work with customers, follow safety regulations, and operate company vehicles as needed.

The role emphasizes hands-on pest control, customer interaction, and adherence to local and federal regulations. A valid driver's license and willingness to learn are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Solid math skills and ability to follow product label instructions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to effectively eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm appointments, assist with sales to current customers, and expand our product to new customers.
• Ensure pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding pest control products and safety protocols.
• Drive and safely operate a company provided service vehicle.
