Job summary

The Terminix International Company Limited Partnership is seeking Pest Control Technicians to perform residential pest management, inspections, and treatments. You will educate clients on prevention and provide effective solutions to protect homes and properties.

You will build relationships with customers, schedule services, and ensure equipment and PPE are properly maintained while following safety regulations. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent; related experience and/or training accepted.
• Solid reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to follow instructions on product labels.
• Customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of client properties to identify signs of pests and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products safely and effectively.
• Educate customers on prevention methods and importance of a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule appointments and assist with sales to current or new customers.
• Maintain pest control equipment, ensure vehicle readiness and comply with regulations.
• Drive and operate a company-provided service vehicle; adhere to safety protocols.
