Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking a Pest Control Technician to deliver industry-leading pest management services for residential customers.

You will conduct thorough inspections, identify pests, and apply approved treatments while upholding safety standards and regulatory requirements. You will educate clients on prevention methods, build relationships, schedule appointments, and assist with sales to grow our service offering.

Qualifications

• Solid reading, writing, and verbal communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Licenses/certificates as required by federal, state, and local regulations (covered by us).

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify signs of pest infestations, damage, and entry points.
• Apply approved pest control products, including chemicals, baits, and traps, to effectively eliminate pests while adhering to safety standards.
• Educate customers on pest prevention methods and the importance of maintaining a pest-free environment.
• Build relationships with customers, schedule and confirm their appointments, and assist with sales to current or new customers.
• Ensure that all pest control equipment is properly maintained, stocked, and in good working condition.
• Drive and safely operate a company-provided service vehicle and follow all safety protocols.
