Retirement Housing Foundation (RHF) is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician/Painter to manage painting and related upkeep at Angelus Plaza, a premier senior residential community in downtown Los Angeles.

The role emphasizes interior/exterior painting, surface preparation, and assistance with minor repairs to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents. Two years of painting experience and detail orientation are required.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional painting experience in residential, commercial, or facility maintenance.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and surface preparation.
• Ability to match colors and finishes accurately.
• Basic knowledge of drywall repair and general maintenance preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.

Mansioni

• Paint surfaces and prepare them for finish, including sanding, patching, caulking, priming, and cleaning.
• Apply paint, stain, and finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Perform touch-ups and repaint apartments, hallways, offices, and common areas.
• Assist with apartment turnovers by painting vacated units promptly.
• Match colors and finishes to maintain a consistent community appearance.
• Perform minor drywall repairs and report safety hazards.
• Complete work orders and maintain records of materials used.
