Job summary

FAR Inspections is seeking independent contractors to perform residential occupancy verifications in Essex County, New Jersey. You will manage your own routing, schedule, and territory, with quick 5–6 minute on-site inspections designed for efficiency.

You will drive and complete inspections in a dense metro area, earning a set fee per inspection with pay equivalent to $25–$35 per hour. A reliable vehicle, smartphone, and internet-connected printer are required.

Qualifications

• Must provide own equipment including reliable vehicle, smartphone, computer with internet, and printer.
• Pass a standard background check.
• Strong time-management skills to meet deadlines without direct supervision.
