FAR Inspections is seeking an independent contractor to perform residential occupancy verifications in McLean County, Illinois. You will manage your own routing, schedule, and territory on a flexible, per-inspection pay model.

Inspections are brief exterior visits, typically 5–6 minutes, with earnings comparable to $25–$35 per hour when optimized. You supply your own vehicle and mobile reporting tools, and you control your workload and calendar.

Qualifications

• Own reliable, fuel-efficient vehicle and smartphone to run mobile reporting apps.
• Ability to pass a standard background check.
• Strong time-management skills with minimal direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential occupancy verifications ( exterior visits ).
• Capture 9+ photos and submit brief reports via mobile apps.
