Job summary

You will assist with reports, CRM data, scheduling, and coordinating with sales professionals while upholding high customer satisfaction and professional presentation.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, ideally in commission-based sales such as new home sales or luxury retail.
• Experience as a New Home Sales Assistant is strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CRM familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and explain products, building processes, financing plans, and mortgage basics to guide buyers.
• Prepare reports including competitive analyses and sales/traffic reports for communities.
• Assist in preparing CMAs to support pricing and sales strategies.
• Answer phones and schedule appointments for sales consultants.
• Greet buyers and distribute community brochures and information.
• Maintain sales materials and literature.
