Qualifications

• Residential new construction painting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with standard brushes and rollers.
• Ability to produce clean, even coverage and cover defects.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Strong communication and reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare residential surfaces and apply paint using brushes and rollers.
• Maintain clean lines, even coverage, and quality workmanship.
• Protect floors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Identify and correct paint defects and surface imperfections.
• Perform touch-up, punch, and final correction work.
• Complete paint work for homes near homeowner pre-settlement inspections.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Safely operate and care for painting tools and equipment.
• Work independently or as part of a painting crew and follow safety procedures.
