Lanz Heating & Cooling, Inc. in Champaign, IL is looking to hire a full-time Residential New Construction / Lead HVAC Installer to take the lead on residential heating and cooling installations for new construction projects. This Residential New Construction / Lead HVAC Installer position comes with an earning potential of $85,000+/year with revenue-sharing bonuses as well as sales and customer satisfaction SPIFFS. QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESIDENTIAL NEW CONSTRUCTION / LEAD HVAC INSTALLER
