Job summary

Action AC is seeking an HVAC Residential New Construction technician to install heating and cooling systems in new homes across Southern California. You will perform rough-in, set equipment, run refrigerant and condensate lines, start up systems, and verify performance to code and manufacturer specs.

Work closely with builders and site supervisors, follow safety standards, read blueprints, and document work.

Qualifications

• Experience installing HVAC systems in residential construction preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow manufacturer specs.
• Commitment to safety standards and quality workmanship.
• Capable of rough-in, equipment setup, and system startups.
