Job summary

NANA Management Services is seeking Residential Assistants in Sitka, Alaska. In this role, you will build caring relationships with students and ensure their well-being while guiding them in their learning environment. Responsibilities include supervising students, facilitating activities, and handling emergencies. Candidates must have a High School Diploma, be CPR certified, and able to engage high school students in meaningful activities. This position involves both indoor and outdoor environments and may require lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Strong desire to engage high school students in meaningful and fun activities.
• CPR/First Aid certified or able to obtain certification.
• Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with students and ensure their health and safety.
• Guide and mentor students in a dorm environment.
• Supervise activities and ensure a clean physical environment.
• Collaborate to solve issues among students.
• Assist with transporting students to the ER when needed.
