Job summary

Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin Inc. is hiring a Mental Health Technician for Our Place, a community-based residence for adults with mental health challenges. The role supports residents in meeting ISPs and provides emotional support.

You'll work 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, participate in rotating on-call, and help maintain logs, house rules, and scheduled activities while respecting diversity and dignity.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or GED.
• Preferred: CBRF training and experience with chronically mentally ill individuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuity of care for residents.
• Follow Individual Service Plans (ISPs) and provide the necessary services.
• Maintain a positive supportive relationship with residents.
• Enforce house rules, policies, and schedules.
• Maintain log of hospital visits and prescriptions.
