The role involves responding to service requests, performing carpentry, electrical and plumbing work, and assisting with property maintenance tasks. Qualifications

• 1-3 years of maintenance experience on a residential property preferred.
• HVAC Certification required.
• Ability to maintain reliable transportation and a current driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Perform all general maintenance duties for the upkeep of the property.
• Respond to resident work orders promptly.
• Repair appliances, heating and air conditioning units, and more.
• Assist in maintaining property grounds and perform pool maintenance.
