Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of maintenance or handyman experience.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and drywall repairs.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate in real time with On-Site Property Manager and On-Site Director of Maintenance regarding the condition of the building and emergency problems as they arise.
• Perform general maintenance and repair tasks (plumbing, electrical, painting, etc.).
• Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct routine inspections of building systems and common areas.
• Repair fixtures, appliances, doors, locks, and other property components.
• Assist with unit turnovers and apartment preparations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Report maintenance concerns to management promptly.
