Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair of equipment and systems. This role requires a proactive approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving, along with a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery, equipment, and facilities.


• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical systems, mechanical components, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).


• Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs or modifications.


• Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot effectively.


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).


• Oversee facilities maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance with safety standards.


• Provide excellent customer service while interacting with staff and management regarding maintenance needs.


• Assist in supervising junior maintenance staff, providing guidance and leadership as necessary.


• Perform residential painting and other aesthetic improvements as required.

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance practices.
