Job summary

Levco Management is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a 716-unit property in North Chesterfield, VA. The role requires reliable, hard-working individuals with apartment maintenance experience to develop technical skills.

We offer an hourly rate of $22.00–$25.00, full-time (40 hours/week), with on-call rotation and a non-exempt status. Reports to the Maintenance Supervisor and provides opportunities for growth and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of residential maintenance experience.
• General maintenance skills in electrical, plumbing, appliance repair, HVAC and carpentry.
• Must provide your own handheld power tools.
• EPA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment turnovers.
• General painting and drywall repairs.
• Complete service requests.
• Assist with preventative maintenance programs.
• Assist with grounds upkeep daily.
• Completing thorough inspections of the common areas on a regular basis.
• Any other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
