Job summary

Prosper in Jackson, TN is seeking Property Maintenance Technicians to join our team. You will handle work orders and perform a variety of routine maintenance tasks across residential or commercial properties.

The role requires reading and writing English, lifting up to 50 lbs, and using company apps and a company smartphone. Prior maintenance experience is preferred, with hands-on skills in plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion

• Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose, repair and install Hot Water heater, Both Gas and Electric.
• Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose and repair appliances
• Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose, repair and install , kitchen and bathroom plumbing. sinks, showers, drains, toilets. Repair and replace parts as needed, seats, springs, stems, cartridges and handles.
• Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose and repair and install, minor electrical repairs. switches, receptacles, GFCI receptacles, change/ replace interior and exterior light fixtures, ceiling fans, garbage disposals.
• Working knowledge of and ability to diagnose sewer and drain blockages.
• Proper use of Sewer cleaning equipment, high pressure Jetters, Sewer and drain augers of varying sizes. ability to install clean-outs on sewer lines when applicable.
• Working knowledge of and ability make Sheetrock and drywall repair
• Working knowledge of and ability to paint and repair touch ups
