Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in behavioral healthcare required.
• Master's degree in behavioral healthcare preferred.
• Must possess a valid MS driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
• Must obtain MS Class D driver's license within 2 weeks of hire.
• Use of personal transportation needed to assist individuals in the community.
• Ability to manage daily schedule and workload independently.
• Experience in residential supervisory or services to IDD population preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the supervised living homes in Forrest County.
• Supervises and trains staff.
• Organizes activities and individual participant support.
• Efficiently schedules staff to ensure proper coverage of homes.
