Action AC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems across San Diego County.

You’ll troubleshoot equipment, perform preventative maintenance, recommend solutions, and ensure safe, code-compliant work. You will work in the field, independently, while collaborating closely with dispatch and teammates to deliver outstanding customer service.
