Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential/light commercial construction or 2 years in estimating.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Knowledge of home, pole building, garage, barn and deck components.
• Experience with building material sales.
• Proficiency with estimating software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Performs material take-offs for residential and commercial designs from blueprints.
• Reviews construction documents and determines materials to bid.
• Reviews and fixes inaccuracies in material lists.
• Works with outside sales reps on blueprints and project status.
• Supports outside sales in selling projects.
