Willow Bridge Property Company is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Professional to manage leasing, tours, applications, and renewals. The role emphasizes client interaction, needs assessment, and delivering excellent service for a smooth move-in experience.

The position requires good communication, a high school diploma, and willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, with opportunities for growth within a national propperty team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented with teamwork capability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines; flexible schedule.
• May require valid driver’s license and state license/certification.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the leasing process from tours to paperwork.
• Greet clients, assess needs, provide tours and respond to inquiries.
• Process applications, prepare and review leases and renewals.
• Handle deposits, rent collection, and reporting with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service with a positive tone.
• Support leasing manager with weekly/monthly reports.
