Plumbline Services is hiring a Residential Lead Plumbing Operator in Denver, CO. The role requires excavator experience and strong leadership to guide a team on residential sewer and drain projects.

We offer a competitive pay range of $25-$35 per hour, an employer-sponsored health plan for you and your family, a 401K with company match, dental and vision, and a no weekends policy for a healthy work-life balance. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Formación

• 1+ years experience operating a mini excavator.
• Underground residential plumbing experience is a plus.
• Experience with sewer, drain systems, and water main replacements (1-2 years preferred).
• Proven leadership experience is a big advantage.
• Must be a team player with strong work ethics.
• Drug-free workplace.
• Ability to commute to job sites in a company-provided vehicle.
