TruGreen is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Pompano Beach, FL. You’ll drive a company vehicle on an assigned route, apply lawn care treatments to residential properties, identify customer needs, and build relationships while delivering exceptional service.

This role is active and outdoors, with paid training and state certification provided. Must be 21+, have a valid license, pass background checks, and communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pass MVR and background check
• DOT Medical Card preferred/required where applicable

Responsibilities

• Drive and manage a route on a company vehicle
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential properties
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• Maintain customer information on a tablet and manage multiple accounts
