TruGreen Limited Partnership is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Oscoda, MI to manage an outdoor route, apply lawn care treatments, and deliver exceptional service to homeowners. Paid training, company-paid certifications, and the chance to grow within a nationwide provider are offered.

You will work outdoors, travel on a scheduled route, and build strong customer relationships throughout the growing season.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old at time of hire.
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

What You’ll Do

• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You’ll Need

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire
