Job summary

TruGreen is seeking Residential Lawn Care Technicians to service Huntington-area communities. You’ll drive a company vehicle on an assigned route, apply lawn treatments, identify customer needs, and manage client data on a tablet while working outdoors.

Paid training and company-paid certification are provided, with opportunities for performance bonuses. The role offers benefits eligibility after 30 days and overtime during peak season.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old at hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and consent to a criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED; reliable, self-motivated mindset; English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (DOT certification possible).
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential/commercial properties.

What You'll Do

What To Expect

This is a physically active role that includes:

• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
