TruGreen in Jackson, Mississippi is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician to service homeowners across the area. You will drive a company vehicle, apply lawn care treatments, and grow your skills through paid training and state certification.

This role emphasizes independence, a physical outdoor pace, and strong customer service as you build long-term relationships while advancing your career with the nation's largest lawn care provider.

• Must be 21 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass MVR and criminal background check.
• DOT Medical Card may be required for eligibility.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English fluently.

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route daily.
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential properties.
• Identify customer needs and suggest solutions and services.
• Manage route and customer information via a tablet.
