TruGreen Limited Partnership in Henderson, NV is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician. Work on an assigned route in the Las Vegas area, applying lawn care treatments and building strong customer relationships.

No lawn care experience? Paid training and state certification are provided. You’ll work outdoors, manage your route, and have opportunities for career growth with benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background check.
• DOT Medical Card desirable/able to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route.
• Apply lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions/additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet.

What You’ll Do

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route (must be able to become DOT certified)
• Applying lawn care treatments to residential and commercial properties
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services
• Managing your route and customer information using a tablet
• Building relationships with customers and delivering exceptional service
• Work outdoors in a fast‑paced, independent environment safely.

What To Expect

• Walking an average of 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You’ll Need

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
