TruGreen is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician to service Columbus South, OH (Groveport) and surrounding communities. You will manage your own route, apply lawn care treatments, and build relationships with homeowners while delivering exceptional service.

What You'll Do

What To Expect

This is a physically active role that includes:

• Walking an average 10-12 miles outdoors throughout the day
• Lifting and moving materials up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Operating equipment safely
• Serving multiple customers each day

What You'll Need

• Must be at least 19 years old at the time of hire
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to pass MVR and comfortable consenting to a criminal background check
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation
• High school diploma or GED
• Reliable, self-motivated, customer-focused mindset
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently
• Ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.
