TruGreen Limited in Charlottesville, VA is hiring a Residential Lawn Care Technician. You will manage a daily outdoor route, apply lawn care treatments, and build strong customer relationships while working independently in a dynamic outdoor setting.

Paid training, state certification, and company benefits accompany competitive hourly pay and growth opportunities. Candidates must be 21+, hold a valid license, and pass MVR/background checks as part of Riverside’s safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass MVR and criminal background check.
• Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Fluent in English (reading/writing).

Responsibilities

• Drive company vehicle on assigned route.
