Job summary

TruGreen Limited is seeking a Residential Lawn Care Technician in Sterling, VA (DC West Branch). You’ll work outdoors managing your own route, apply lawn care treatments, and build trusted relationships with customers while delivering top service.

Paid training, state certification where applicable, and growth opportunities support your success. You’ll need a valid driver’s license, be at least 21, and enjoy working independently.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old at time of hire.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from work.
• Ability to pass MVR and background checks; DOT Medical Card a plus.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company vehicle on an assigned route and apply lawn care treatments to properties.
• Identify customer needs and recommend solutions and additional services.
• Manage route and customer information using a tablet or similar device.
• Build relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service while working outdoors.
