Job summary

GL Homes in Florida seeks a Landscape Manager to oversee landscape installation and maintenance across residential communities, from model openings to turnover. You will coordinate with Development, Construction, Warranty, and HOA teams to ensure curb appeal and brand standards.

Responsibilities include supervising landscape contractors, evaluating irrigation systems, reviewing plans, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing landscape programs across multiple communities.
• Knowledge of Florida plant materials, irrigation, drainage, and maintenance practices.
• Ability to read landscape, irrigation, grading, and civil plans.
• Valid Florida driver's license with regular travel between communities.
• Experience with residential homebuilder or land development.
• Familiarity with HOA turnover processes and landscape standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee landscape installation and maintenance for residential communities, model parks, entry features, amenities and common areas.
• Supervise landscape contractors to meet schedule, budget, plans, and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections of irrigation, drainage, and curb appeal.
• Coordinate landscape installations for new community phases and amenities.
• Review landscape and irrigation plans for accuracy and constructability.
• Monitor irrigation system repairs and maintenance.
• Collaborate with Development, Construction, Warranty and HOA teams to resolve issues.
• Manage contractor schedules, performance, and compliance.
• Review invoices, monitor budgets, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
