Job summary

Lanoha Nurseries, Inc. is seeking a Residential Landscape Designer for our Landscape Construction Division in Omaha.

You will assist through all design and install phases, from initial client meetings to site layouts, material acquisition, and supervision of the landscape labor force. Your design work will be installed by Nebraska's skilled teams, leveraging knowledge of regional plant and hardscape materials.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management, Landscape Design, or related field.
• Knowledge of plant and hardscape materials in the Midwest region.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Self-starter committed to high-quality work.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Spanish speaking a plus.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients throughout the project and after.
• Maintain integrity and professionalism at all times.
• Monitor job progress and on-site coordination.
• Coordinate on-site work with landscape labor force.
• Handle project billing and proposals.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with urgency.

Lanoha Nurseries is searching for a Residential Landscape Designer in our Landscape Construction Division who will assist in all phases of the design & install process. This includes initial meetings with clients, creating landscape designs, estimating, presenting proposals, material acquisition, site layouts, and supervision of our landscape labor force. Your designs will be installed by Nebraska's most talented & dedicated landscape construction crews.

Requirements

• Degree in Construction Management, Landscape Design, or previous experience preferred
• Knowledge of plant and hardscape materials in our region
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
• Self-starter who is committed to producing quality work that exceeds expectations
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to changes in workflow throughout the day to meet job needs and changes
• Spanish Speaking a Plus!
