Five Star Painting is seeking painting subcontractors for residential and commercial repainting projects in Cedar Falls and surrounding areas. Ideal candidates are professionals with high standards, capable of performing duties on-site and meeting client expectations.

You must be physically able to handle repetitive movements, ladders, and lifting. A valid driver's license and liability insurance are preferred; background checks may be required.

Qualifications

• Painting skills and knowledge of painting tools and equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.
• Quality conscious and detail-oriented.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Liability insurance required; worker’s comp strongly preferred.

They must be physically able to perform the duties of the job, which includes performing repetitive movements, standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, climbing stairs and ladders, etc. We aim to keep our subcontractors busy and develop a lasting business relationship!
