Home Energy Pros is seeking an insulation laborer to join our residential installation team. You will assist in installing insulation materials and energy-saving products while following safety standards and best practices in energy efficiency.

Responsibilities include site setup, teamwork to complete projects efficiently, and maintaining a positive rapport with customers. Training will be provided to enhance skills and stay current with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Previous construction, insulation or similar work preferred but not required.
• Strong physical ability to lift heavy materials and work outside.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Good communication and ability to work in a team.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of insulation and other energy saving products
• Prepare and maintain job sites, ensuring safety and cleanliness at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient projects completion
• Maintain positive rapport with customers
