Hope Network in Grandview - Ridge is seeking a Residential Instructor for a part-time 3rd shift (16 hours) in Grand Rapids, MI. This role provides direct support, supervision, and person-centered care within our residential programs, helping residents build daily living and independent living skills.

On-site position with a starting rate of $17.40 per hour, eligible for medical, dental & vision insurance, 403(b) retirement with match, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Background checks and fingerprints required.
• CPR/First Aid certification encouraged.

The Residential Instructor is a valued member of the Hope Network team, providing direct support, supervision, and person-centered care within our residential programs. Residential Instructors help individuals build daily living and independent living skills, encourage positive behaviors, and support residents in reaching their highest level of independence and community involvement.

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities
