Job summary

Contractor Nation is seeking a Residential Installer with a background in home energy retrofit, insulation, and energy efficiency to join our Windsor, CT team. This full-time, year-round role offers hands-on work installing insulation, air sealing, windows, and doors, with opportunities to lead a small crew.

You will perform energy retrofit tasks and carpentry on attic, basement, walls, ductwork, and exterior spaces, with a consistent schedule and potential for performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential installation experience required.
• 2+ years of carpentry experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Basic set of tools expected.

Responsibilities

• Energy retrofit tasks including air sealing and insulation.
• Insulation for attic, basements, crawl spaces, walls, garage and ductwork.
• Upgrade inefficient windows and exterior doors.
• Finished/rough carpentry work.

Residential Installer - (Home Energy Retrofit/Insulation/Doors/Windows)

We are a growing home improvement company seeking an experienced Residential Installer with a background in the Home Comfort, Energy and Insulation field. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with home energy, insulation, windows, doors, and can work independently or lead a small crew. This is a full-time, year-round position for skilled individuals only.

What You'll Do:

• Energy retrofit
• Air sealing
• Insulation (attic, basements, crawl spaces, walls, garage, ductwork, ice damming)
• Reduce moisture and mold
• Upgrade inefficient windows and exterior doors
• Finished carpentry / rough carpentry

Pay & Benefits:

• $20.00 - $25.00/hour (based on experience)
• Overtime available
