Right Now Heating, Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electrical is hiring an entry-level Residential HVAC Tune-Up Technician in Idaho. No prior HVAC experience is required; we provide a comprehensive paid training program and a clear path to a long-term career.

You’ll perform tune-ups and inspections, learn how heating and cooling systems operate, and educate homeowners on performance and energy costs. You’ll work with a supportive team and mentors while representing the company in customers’ homes.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for up to 50% of the workday
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, reach, crawl, climb stairs or ladders, and perform repetitive motions as required
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or maneuver up to 50 pounds on a frequent basis
• Comfortable driving and sitting for extended periods of time
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods while maintaining safety and productivity
