All-Temp Systems Mechanical in Milford, MA is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to service residential and commercial HVAC systems. The role requires diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and delivering excellent customer service on customer properties in the Milford area.

The position offers a competitive hourly pay range and a sign-on bonus based on experience, with a company vehicle provided for take-home use and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years HVAC experience.
• EPA Universal Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong HVAC troubleshooting, diagnostic, repair, and maintenance skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude and professional demeanor.
• Good organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with others.

Responsabilités

• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections, and service work on HVAC systems per company procedures and timelines.
• Identify malfunctions, diagnose issues, and complete repairs to restore operation.
• Communicate with homeowners/customers to explain conditions and recommend solutions.
• Maintain accurate service records and submit required paperwork daily.
• Develop positive customer relationships through dependable service and communication.
• Represent All-Temp Systems Mechanical positively at customer sites.
• Comply with safety policies, including safe driving and no mobile use while driving.
