Job summary

Silver State is seeking a skilled Residential HVAC Service Technician in Las Vegas, NV. You will install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems for residential clients, diagnosing malfunctions and ensuring efficient operation.

Strong problem-solving, field readiness, and adherence to safety standards are essential. Applicants should have EPA Type 2 Certification (EPA Universal preferred), OSHA 10, and be prepared to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 2 Certification required; EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 Construction Certification required.
• Must own your tools to perform the job and be prepared for field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, such as changing filters, cleaning coils, and checking refrigerant levels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot problems, identify issues like leaks, electrical malfunctions, and mechanical failures.
• Install and repair a variety of residential HVAC systems and controls.
• Follow blueprints and installation instructions to correctly place and configure equipment.
• Ensure systems operate correctly, including airflow, refrigerant levels, temperature controls, and safety compliance.
