Job summary

Bullman Heating & Air is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems for homeowners in the Asheville area. You’ll troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps; perform preventive maintenance; and ensure safe, efficient system performance.

You’ll communicate clearly with customers, explain findings and options, and document all work.

Qualifications

• Diagnose, repair and maintain residential HVAC systems in homeowners' residences.
• Possess EPA 608 certification and safe handling of refrigerants.
• Communicate findings and options clearly to customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps in the field.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks on systems.
