Qualifications

• Some HVAC experience (maintenance or service preferred).
• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to safely use tools, ladders, and equipment.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Good communication skills with customers and team members.
• EPA Certification (preferred, not required).
