Circa Service-FL is a multi-trade company looking for organized, experienced HVAC Technicians with exceptional diagnostic and problem-solving skills. You must work quickly and efficiently to solve problems and make necessary repairs.

Appliance Techs and Apartment Maintenance Technicians with long-term Residential HVAC Repair experience along with EPA Certifications will be considered top candidates for this position. Commercial and Restaurant HVAC Repair experience will also be considered based on experience.

Qualifications and Duties include, but are not limited to:

  1. Troubleshoot, identify, and repair malfunctioning systems and equipment (including necessary electrical components, evaporator coils, compressors, etc.).
  2. Installation and replacement of parts and equipment (from coil replacement to full systems).
  3. Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts, and installation teams.
  4. Keep your truck clean, inside and out, and maintain an up-to-date inventory.
  5. Properly complete paperwork.
  6. Join the on-call rotation.
  7. Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
  8. Have and maintain a clean driving record.
  9. Participate in training for professional growth.
  10. Have or be willing to obtain the proper certifications; we can assist with this.

Experience:

  1. HVAC Technician: 3 years (Required).
  2. Must hold a state driver’s license.
  3. Punctuality and adherence to a daily schedule with multiple appointments in different locations.
  4. Strong verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex HVAC issues to customers understandably.

The Big Task: You will diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions. When needed, you will also diagnose and repair residential appliances.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000 - $80,000+

Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay Types: Commission pay.

License/Certification:

  1. Driver's License (Required).
  2. EPA Certifications (Required).

Expected hours: 40 per week

Education: High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  1. HVAC: 3 years (Required).
  2. Appliance repair: 3 years (Preferred).
  3. Plumbing: 2 years (Preferred).
