• Perform maintenance, repairs and/or replacements
• Install full HVAC systems in compliance with local regulations
• Troubleshoot using testing, measuring and diagnostic instruments
• Complete jobs in a timely and safe manner
• Communicate effectively with customers, supervisors and fellow staff
• Document service/installation actions
