Job summary

ARS-Rescue Rooter is hiring an experienced HVAC technician in Aiken, SC for full-time, year-round work. The role offers a pay range of $60,000–$100,000 annually, plus commission opportunities and a sign-on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience.

You will troubleshoot, service and repair residential HVAC systems with full training, tools, and strong leadership support. A valid driver’s license, EPA certification, and ability to pass background checks are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of residential HVAC experience.
• EPA certification (or ability to obtain).
• Valid driver’s license & clean driving record.
• Must pass background and drug screening.
• Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.
