Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a HVAC Service Technician.
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and repairing HVAC issues in residential settings.
• Dedication to providing homeowners with exceptional satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with strong multitasking skills.
• Effective communication skills and comfort interacting with customers.
• Confident and decisive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
• Valid Driver's License (Company policy requires all drivers to be at least 21 years old.)

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation units.
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding service issues and solutions.
• Document work performed, including parts used and services completed.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed.
