Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has strong residential HVAC service, maintenance and repair experience.
• Furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps knowledge is essential.
• EPA universal certification preferred and Texas TDLR familiarity.
• Clean driving record and safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose residential HVAC systems including furnaces, heat pumps and AC units.
• Perform HVAC repairs, service calls and preventative maintenance.
• Identify issues and recommend heating/cooling solutions.
• Ensure work meets company standards and local codes.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners about system performance and needed repairs.
• Provide professional customer service while completing service and repair tasks.
