Yellowstone Local, based in Crawfordsville, IN, is seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to service Crawfordsville and surrounding counties within about a 1-hour radius. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling equipment for homeowners.

This full-time position offers $22-$38/hour plus commission/bonuses, sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package including health/dental/vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and vehicle support.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential HVAC service experience; 8–10 years preferred.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required.
• Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Reliable commute to Crawfordsville, IN 47933.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and air conditioning equipment.
• Inspect equipment, identify system problems, and determine appropriate repair solutions.
• Clearly explain system findings, repair needs, and service options to homeowners.
• Complete service calls with a focus on quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, accurate documentation, and safe use of HVAC diagnostic and refrigeration equipment.
