Job summary

Bullman Heating & Air is hiring a Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, and indoor air quality systems for homes in the Asheville area. In this field-based role, you’ll troubleshoot furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps; perform preventive maintenance; and ensure safe, efficient system performance.

You will communicate clearly with customers, explain findings and options, and document all work to support service quality and future planning.

Qualifications
