Job summary

Heritage Home Service in Laconia, NH is seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This is not an entry level position and requires proven residential HVAC experience and NH gas license, oil experience, and EPA certification.

You will diagnose, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems in residential properties, communicate with customers, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure quality and safety.

Qualifications

• New Hampshire Gas License required.
• Oil experience in HVAC systems preferred.
• EPA certification required.
• Strong technical troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed diagnostics and resolve HVAC issues in residential properties.

What You'll Do:

• Perform detailed diagnostics and resolve HVAC issues in residential properties
