Job summary

Florida Home AC, in partnership with American Residential Services (ARS), is hiring experienced Residential HVAC Lead Installers to install and commission heating and cooling systems in homes. This full-time, year-round position offers strong earning potential and a sign-on bonus depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Residential HVAC installation experience (2–4 years) required.
• Experience leading installs with a helper.
• Ability to lift heavy HVAC equipment and work in attics or crawlspaces.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain).

Responsibilities

• Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems.
• Install, Start Up, and test HVAC systems to verify proper function, pressures, and air flow.
• Lead residential HVAC installations with support from an assigned HVAC installer helper.
• Start up, test, and troubleshoot newly installed HVAC equipment.
• Ensure all HVAC installation work meets safety, quality, and inspection standards.
• Deliver professional service and maintain a clean job site during every HVAC installation.

Responsibilities

• As a Residential HVAC Lead Installer, you will:
• Disassemble and remove outdated HVAC systems.
• Install, Start Up, and test HVAC systems to verify proper function, pressures, and air flow.
• Lead residential HVAC installations with support from an assigned HVAC installer helper
• Start up, test, and troubleshoot newly installed HVAC equipment

• This is a full-time, year-round HVAC installation position with consistent work and strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 - 4 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Experience installing heating and air conditioning systems
• Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper
• Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver's license with good driving record
• Ability to lift heavy HVAC equipment and work in attics or crawlspaces
• Must pass background check and drug screening
